great store with lots of nice birds. constantly updating his inventory. My parrotlet i got from him has been doing good for almost 2 months. Customer service isn’t the greatest and make sure you always check the pricing for the birds. other than that, it’s a pretty great store.

Owner is knowledgeable and helpful. He has both hand raised birds and wild ones. We got a hand raised from him and I’m thrilled. I had a grey before the one I bought here. My first cockatiel came from another spot and I had her for 10 year then she passed away. I’m so glad I found a bird shop again that has hand raised. Very happy with this place.

Found out about this shop from a guy that works at petco because I was looking for a male african grey and they only had baby parakeets and he mentioned Novan’s shop. I went about a month ago and he was very friendly and very helpful. I was able to get the male bird and it was a perfect bird for my female but then my husband let it escape 🙂 So instead of going to petco I went straight to Novan. I ended up getting 2 additional birds. Novan is very knowledgeable about birds and all the birds he has are gorgeous. You can really tell that he takes extreme care for them. Not only can you tell but when you go in there he is very proud and likes to talk about all the progress he has made with the birds and show them off. I think this is an awesome thing because you know you will be getting the best of the best. This is now my go to place and I hope one day I will be able to get one of the parrots because they are amazing. Thanks Novan for all your help and Ill be back to get another nesting box 🙂

I love this place and although Novan doesn’t do a lot of birdsitting, he did me a big favor and took care of my conure. I would not trust anyone else taking care of my baby. Louis has always treated me nicely even when I stop in to visit him and his birds. I wish I could have them all. All the big birds love him and always demand his attention. It’s a nice place to buy a bird and bird supplies.

I’ve been meaning to place a review for this shop. My husband and I purchased an african grey parrots not too long ago and Novan was super nice to us. For those who say that he comes off as “rude” and “unprofessional” need to calm down. That’s the personality that he displays. My husband thought he was really nice and funny.
We’ve also had a friend and her husband who have purchased 3 Cockatiels recently from him and all are great friends. We’ve never had an issue when getting our birds.
If you see an issue, speak up. He’s not forcing you to buy anything. Can’t wait to come by again.
